Our take
A lightweight Reddit frontend that drops the bloat, sign-up nags, and tracking, and PrivacyTools.io runs its own hosted instance, which is the most reliable way to use it. The broader catch is that Reddit’s API crackdown has made every third-party frontend fragile, so other instances come and go. Reach for it when you just want to read a thread or sub cleanly without the app trying to capture you.
