The easiest no-account video conferencing to just send someone a link and start talking, and self-hosting it gives you full control of the stack. Be clear-eyed about encryption: standard multi-party calls run through the bridge, so end-to-end mode is a separate, more limited setting. Great for spontaneous meetings and self-hosters; verify the E2EE state if a call is genuinely sensitive.
